|All our staff have received professional training and their job is to keep both the doctors and the patients happy. They deal with enquiries from all directions, accept repeat prescriptions, answer the telephone and make appointments for you to see the doctor or nurse, often all at the same time! They have a difficult job, so please be patient. Our receptionists are there to help you; we do ask them sometimes to enquire from you the nature of your problems in order that you may be given the most appropriate help. Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence. We do understand that you may only wish to divulge your concern to the doctor, and on such occasions a simple statement such as "it’s a personal matter" will put an end to further enquiries.|
